Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your registration for our communication workshops up to 14 days before the scheduled start date for a full refund.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of cancellation approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for registration.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the workshop start date may be subject to a partial refund or credit toward future workshops, depending on circumstances.

Workshop Transfers

You may transfer your registration to another person or to a future workshop date, subject to availability and advance notice.
